SB Websolutions was assigned a mission of transformation—to envision and execute an entire Sales, Marketing, and Operations Automation Strategy for Patanjali Wellness Ltd., a new venture of Patanjali Ayurved specializing in traditional Indian wellness practices.
The major goals were:
To achieve the vision of creating a world-class Indian wellness brand, SB Websolutions deployed a specialized team across multiple functions:
Creative & Digital Marketing: Branding, social, Meta, and Google Ads dedicated units were enabled. Detailed posts, stories, reels, and banner graphics were produced adhering to stern Patanjali protocol.
Call Center Setup: A strong call-handling team was established to handle heavy traffic of incoming sales inquiries, particularly from Astha Channel and digital media viewers. Executives were given Patanjali-specific training.
Franchise & Operations Automation: There was an end-to-end web application system designed for franchise acquisition—ranging from application, shortlisting, review, and agreement phases. SOPs were written for each key operational detail, ranging from health-seeker registration to delivery of services.
Capacity Building: A specialized Franchise Support Team was established. Parallel training was provided for Patanjali in-house executives. SB Websolutions started the in-house call center at Patanjali, managing candidate recruitment, training, and complete automation of monitoring systems.
Veda Life Wellness Centre: SB Websolutions offered end-to-end operational handholding, team training, and having standardised processes implemented The last phase of handover was all successfully complete
Digital Sales & Occupancy: Sales occupancy in centers increased to a consistent 70–80%, fueled by focused digital campaigns and enhanced service workflows.
Call Volume: The Gurgaon call center effectively managed 300–400 calls a day in peak hours and had a consistent 200 calls/day during subsequent phases.
Creative Output & Engagement: In the course of the project timeline, lakhs of creatives were created for social media, YouTube, banners, and on-ground activations—ensuring brand sanctity at each stage.
Process Automation: Starting from franchise onboardings to health-seeker registrations, almost all repetitive processes were digitalized and automated, enabling real-time tracking and smooth handovers.
